About Fitness For Life
We are committed to creating and nourishing a yoga community through a variety of ongoing classes. For those of you who are new to yoga we offer beginning classes. All sessions are private or for two people. We also offer personal training classes to compliment any fitness program.
About Yoga
The practice of yoga can have a variety of benefits. It can reduce stress, aid in weight loss, tone the body, increase your energy and reduce depression and anxiety. We believe that yoga can fit the needs of anyone who wishes to try it. You can have any kind of body type, be any age, be fit or unfit, have injuries, be flexible, or, for that matter, feel mostly inflexible. All bodies are different, and yoga is as much about getting stronger as it is about becoming more flexible.
